Frequently asked questions

How do I reserve a parking spot?
Sign in to the app, go to the Parking tab, choose an available spot, and confirm your booking for the day you need it.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the Bookings tab, find the reservation, and tap to cancel it. The spot will become available to others again.
I forgot my password / can't sign in.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen, or contact us using the link above and we'll help you regain access.
My account is pending approval.
New accounts must be approved by an administrator before you can sign in. Please contact your office administrator to request approval.
